We recently ordered upholstered furniture from the Frederick Md Boscovs. The staff were exceptional explaining the sale that was going on, assisting us with product information, handling our selection of individual pieces and fabrics to make up our sectional and throw pillows. The ordering process was easy and the completion time for our custom pieces was very quick, only 4 weeks! Delivery was easy to schedule and was at our convenience. The delivery came on time and set up in our home was great. Couldn’t be more satisfied!!!

13Nov.2023 Is be been in this store a few years back and decided to write a review now. Full of great name brand items and super polite staff. There is a candy and toy section up stairs.. Very clean and organized.

This is a handicap accessible shopping experience. They have reasonable prices even with the name brand clothing,household and accessories. Everyone is so helpful. And if your unsure of the prices they have price check station to use through out the store. I highly recommend the second floor which is the bargain outlet. I've found numerous birthday and Christmas presents or a just because gifts for family and friends. This is a wonderful place to shop Department store.

What an amazing store! I drove almost 90 minutes to get to the store in Frederick after making a quick visit to one in Lancaster, PA while on vacation. I brought along a friend and we both LOVED this store! We felt like we had stepped back in time to the 70's and 80's department stores that sold just about everything (we loved the candy counter - so nostalgic) and when department stores were well stocked and a pleasant experience. This store was very clean and organized and the wide selection of clothing and household items was impressive. The employees were extremely friendly and were doing an amazing job keeping everything organized and returned to the racks from the dressing rooms. We literally spent 3 hours in the store and left with a lot of great purchases. We will definitely be back!

Christine, the manager in furniture, is amazing! In just over a year, she has assisted me with my purchase of a catnapper lounger, a king sized mattress and boxspring, and just yesterday, a catnapper lounger. Christine is oldschool in that she knows how to engage the buyer. My purchases were made in person at the physical store, and I felt that I was well taken care of. She earned her sale, but I wouldn’t go elsewhere. I could see her utilizing her skills as a realtor even. She just built up that trust. Thanks Christine!

I gotta tell ya, if you enjoy shopping in a department store, come to Boscov's - this store still has everything you may want or need & is reasonably priced. Guess what else you get at Boscov's? Excellent customer service......I needed help finding something specific & even got it at 50% off......shop at Boscov's, for value & the perfect prices! They've got it all!! They'll even load your car for you!! I hope the Frederick store supervisor sees my post - I can't tell you how proud you should be of your entire staff!! Thanks - see you again to finish my Christmas 🎄 shopping!!

Well I went to check out in jewelry and men's cologne area to check out and both cashiers were very nice. One night I went with my husband and store was closing we couldn't get help from the employes and they were just looking at us to leave. No one wishes us good night or thank you for shopping, have a nice day!! But the other cashiers nailed it on the customer service! So for that I gave 5stars!!

What a great store! I hadn't visited this store in years, and I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent merchandise selection! The layout of the store is so easy to navigate, and all the sections are labelled with large, colorful light up signs! I was amazed to find a old fashioned candy store inside (like Sears always used to have many years ago), and a rather large toy shop too. It had one of the largest Junior sections that I have ever seen! Plus the largest ladies dress section I have ever seen. All the clothing departments were big, and the selections were fantastic. I was so impressed with this store, that I had to go back a couple of days later to get pictures, so I could share this incredible find!

I've lived in Central Maryland for 20 years and never been to the store before. Today I walked through to buy some candy while my kids were at the nearby arcade. Honestly, I was astounded how nice it was inside! Also had to ask staff for directions and help once or twice and they were all super kind and accommodating. Looks like there were some really really great deals on good quality merchandise. I had forgotten what it was like to go through a department store and this was a welcome reminder. I'll definitely visit again for some more shopping soon. Oh, and, definitely visit the candy counter on the upstairs floor!!😍 I chose a variety of different treats, and all of them were very good.
